Create a support ticket
You can add a screenshot to give us more information about your issue.
- Press the ⊞ Windows + PrtSc button, to save a screenshot directly to the Pictures/Screenshots folder.
- Press the ⊞ Windows + ⇧ shift + s button, to save a screenshot directly to the Pictures/Screenshots folder.
- Use the Snipping tool to make a screenshot. You can save this manually.
- Use ⌘ cmd + ⇧ shift + 3 to capture the whole screen and save it to the desktop.
- Use ⌘ cmd + ⇧ shift + 4 to select a part of the screen and save it to the desktop.
- Use ⌘ cmd + ⇧ shift + 5 to get multiple options to make a screenshot.
